- Fees are Prepaid: Tuition fees are paid monthly and made on the month before the actual lesson month. Late payment charges may apply if payment is made on the lesson month.
- Postponed Lessons: If lesson needs to be postponed, the student/parent must inform the tuition manager within 6 hours or earlier of the scheduled lesson. Extra charges may apply if informed lesser than 6 hours.
- Rescheduling of Lessons: The rescheduled lesson must be conducted within 6 weeks of the initial lesson. No refund will be given if the lesson must be set further than 6 weeks.
- Refunds: Only 50% of the unused tuition fees are refundable once the lesson month has started.
